One birth package covers prenatal preparation, on-call labour support, the birth and a postpartum visit. Add extra support if and when you need it.
Labour and birth
Phone and text through early labour, then continuous support in person until you are settled with your baby.
24/7 on-call from week 37
Postpartum visit
Healing, feeding and the first hard week. I come to you, and I stay long enough to be useful.

Woven-cloth wrapping and slow rocking, used to gently support the hips and the lower back.

Overnight stay
I take the night so you can sleep through it, in the first weeks after the birth.
